I want to obtain my bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate. I hope I am a Macalester College Football Team member and received an athletic scholarship to attend the school. At the collegiate level, I have been a starter since my freshman year and have been able to play in one of the top, most competitive conferences in Division 3 Football. Attending Macalester has aligned with my career passion of becoming a Sports Broadcaster and Journalist because, from day one, I have been able to get valuable hands-on experience through working for the school’s Athletic and Sports Information Department, as well as making meaningful connections with professionals who are working in the field. One of the main catalysts of my success was the opportunity to participate in the Onward Scholars Program. Being a part of a program like that nurtured the academic and leadership strengths already within me, and I’m thankful for that experience.
